Allison was excellent from the initial phone call to the very end when she attended his funeral. She not only located my family's plot and helped us secure a location among them, but she even helped me design his Tombstone and made sure the funeral home had everything properly documented for the final payout. My experience with Allison was one of the easiest parts of the process of planning his funeral. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately in the last few years we have needed the services of Forest Lawn Memory Gardens on three occasions. Honestly the first experience, pre Kat, was not pleasant. We felt uncomfortable and frankly like we were just there for our money to be taken. When we returned for the second occasion we were dreading it! However, thank goodness Kat is now there, and wow what a difference. The whole experience and interaction was pleasant, no added stress to the already stressful circumstances and we were treated with kindness and compassion. The same can be said for our third need for your services. It is rare in these time to find someone who takes pride in their work and actually goes above and beyond to insure you know you are the most important thing at that moment. Kat is a gem and we are thankful she has been there to guide us through very difficult times.
